Review of Leading Photo Scanning Service: Customer Experience

Here is a sample order for 1,022 pictures which was sent from Connecticut on December 16th and arrived at the ScanMyPhotos.com headquarters in Irvine, Calif the next day, on Wednesday, Dec 17th.

The customer added our Extreme Backup service and the entire order (photos and new DVD data disc) was mailed back the same day. The charges were $49.95 for scanning, $4.95 for Extreme Backup and $19.95 for return USPS Priority Mail return S&H; the total charge was $74.85 (U.S.). Click here for more ordering information. This was not a prepaid box, but one that the customer sent to us.

Because ScanMyPhotos.com has several USPS drops each day directly to the loading docks at a main post office, this order was expedited super-fast. The customer actually received the completed order earlier today - two days later, on the east coast and here is feedback from their experience.

The service was so extremely fast, the communication from ScanMyPhotos.com was great. I'm very happy to have found your service and will absolutely tell people about it. Not to mention the price is very very reasonable. Lastly, the free M&M's was a really nice unexpected touch.
